ShortCuts DT was challenged to make a card using punches and die cuts. Not a difficult task for a girl who is addicted to punches.
*smile* The base of my card is a clear card blank. I used a flower and border punch, and punched 3/4" circles to create a scalloped border. Here's my card.....
