Happy Valentine's Day & Card Patterns Sketch # 2

Have you planned anything special for today? We don't do anything special. It's just a regular Saturday. As promised I would reveal the card that I made for Eric. This card is based on the sketch I designed for my Valentine's Card Sketch Challenge.

Supplies: Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper Patterned paper: Little Yellow Bicycle Love Letters Rub-ons: Making Memories Button: Autumn Leaves Tools: Martha Stewart ZigZag Edge Punch, Martha Stewart Scalloped Dot Edge Punch Ink: VersaColor Charcoal Other: cord

I want to thank all the girls who participated in the Valentine's Card Sketch Challenge. I really liked all the cards. It is so nice to see that each take on the sketch is different. I am glad that the Random Generator picked two winners for me, because I couldn't make a choice myself.

The winner of the ShortCuts Clear Card Blanks Sampler Pack is....

And the winner of the ShortCuts Gift Card Holder Folders Sampler Pack is...

That brings us to.....Anja and Monique! Congrats, girls!! Please e-mail me your address and I will send you the Sampler Pack.

Saturday means a new sketch over at Card Patterns. It was so good to see that so many of you joined us last week. You made our debut a success, so......thank you! I hope you will join us this week again. You can find Michelle's Sketch # 2 here. This is my take on this week's sketch. I created this one with My Mind's Eye scraps.

Supplies: Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper Patterned paper: My Mind's Eye Magnolia Letter Stickers: Bookworks Mini ABC Letters and Numbers Pearls: Kaisercraft Tools: sewing machine Ink: VersaColor Pinecone

Card Pattern's Guest Designer for week 2 is Liz Weber. If you play along this week you'll have a chance to be chosen as Guest Designer for Sketch # 4. How exciting would that be?

Have a great weekend!
