Due to the vacation period it has been a while since I created a card for My Sketch World. Last week I made a card for the October sketch. I used the My Mind's Eye Snowed In papers.

Here is my card.....

Again at the very last moment I managed to create a card based on Kazan's Sketch 4 at 2 Sketches 4 You. I simply didn't have much time to start sooner. I had some other projects to finish first, and this week was also full of activities at school, and at the girls' sports clubs. Here is my card using Kazan's sketch...

I also made a card for My Sketch World. The card sketch for July as well as the other DT cards can be found here. I am not too happy about my card, but I couldn't come up with anything better than this.

Last Saturday the first card sketch for June was posted on My Sketch World. Again I used Scenic Route's Lynden PPs. I made this card last Saturday when we stayed with my parents in Ouddorp for the weekend. The sketch and cards by the DT can be found here.

A Card, and a Sneak Peek

When we were in Ouddorp with my parents I scrapped some cards with my mom on Saturday evening while Eric and my dad were watching the European Championship Football. I have to finish a few cards as I didn't take any alphabet stickers or dies with me. Here is one of the cards that I made.

Supplies: Bazzill Cardstock White, We R Memory Keepers White Out Promenade PPs, Prima Flowers, Heidi Swapp Ghost Flowers, Fiskars Threading Water Punch, American Crafts Thickers Daiquiri, Making Memories Heidi Alphabet Rub-ons, Tulip Puffy Paint White, and staples.

I also made a card for My Sketch World. If all goes as planned the new card sketch for June will be posted on Saturday June 14th. For now I'll leave you with a sneak peek.

Well, I am off to do some scrapping as I have to catch some deadlines. I really have to create some projects as the due dates are getting closer and closer.

Thanks for stopping by, and all your sweet comments.

TOOOOOOTTTT!!

Woooohooo!! I got selected to be part of the Card DT of My Sketch World owned by Lucy Chesna. I submitted my entry at the very last moment, and was quite surprised to find an e-mail from Lucy in my inbox last Monday telling me that I got selected. I guess you all know that I love to make cards, so this is a great opportunity. A special thanks to Lilian who notified me about the DT call otherwise I wouldn't have known about it. I submitted two cards based on this DT call sketch. I wasn't too sure if you were allowed to enter two cards, but I really loved working on the sketch. The card for my father-in-law is based on the same sketch. So.....if you need some inspiration for a layout or card go and check the My Sketch World blog.
