When someone asks for money or a gift card for his/her birthday or anniversary you can simply put the money or card in a blank envelope, but it is so much nicer to create an envelope or folder yourself. The ShortCuts Gift Card Holder Folders are great to use for such an occasion. For this project I used a white Gift Card Holder Folder. The frosted flower is cut from scraps of frosted full sheet. I always keep my clear and frosted scraps, because I love using them to create my own embellishments.
