Today my sweetheart is celebrating his 40th birthday. Happy Birthday, dear! It will be a quiet day today...just the 4 of us. Yesterday we had a birthday party for family and our closest friends. As I will be turning 40 in November we decided to throw a party for the both of us. Usually I don't like celebrating my own birthday, but turning 40 is quite a milestone, isn't it? It was so nice to have everyone over at our place for a BBQ. Even Lisette and their babysitter/au pair Beth came over from England. We had a real good time and the weather was beautiful. We were so lucky! We both got really spoilt. I have no pictures to share yet as we didn't take any pictures ourselves. Lisette and my brother took pictures, but we haven't seen their pictures yet.
I made Eric a card with some new Kaisercraft paper that I bought last Friday.
